yesterday at the beach party sum1 was talkin ab how fast his bike was going nd let me ride it to see the speed. Idk how the bike was going that fast but didn't have any ill intention or want to come across as cheating. I was riding the bike when i was struck by a car then killed nd banned. idk who owned the bike but i wasnt doing any altercations or modifications nd the speed was just the bike. I understand how this may have looked suspicious but i was not trying to break any rules Please review this situation nd allow me another opportunity to play the city i will be more aware nd next time report suspicious activity
