Playtime Glitched

I’m submitting this ticket because I believe my skill points were affected by a glitch.

There was a period of time when the skills were bugged and could be purchased for a much lower amount of skill points than they normally required. I used the skills while they were showing the incorrect lower price, and the game still took the skill points from my account and gave me the skills.

Because of this, my current skill-point total and progression appear to be incorrect. I am currently showing 32 points on the Slash skill, but when I try to upgrade my Gun, it says I need 16 hours. That does not appear to reflect the amount of skill points/time I should actually have after accounting for the points that were lost because of the glitch.

Could you please review my account and the skill-point history from when this glitch occurred? I believe the points that were incorrectly taken should be restored, and my progression/upgrade time should be updated to the amount I would have had if the glitch had not occurred.

After reviewing the information provided, your current Slash skill shows 32 points, and your total playtime is 1 day and 15 hours (39 hours total).

To hold a Gun, you need 48 hours of total playtime. The system is currently showing 16 hours remaining, and the skills were also reset a few days ago.

At this time, there does not appear to be anything further that needs to be adjusted. We will be closing this thread, and you will need to continue playing until the remaining 16 hours have been completed before you can hold a Gun.
